Assist my Reward SGM in the development and implementation of the company’s remuneration strategy so that the company’s associates’ compensation and benefits program are aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities & Results:
• Develop market based Compensation & Benefits policy, with a view to developing an attractive Employer Value Proposition for acquiring and retaining talent.
• Maintain and develop HR policies and ensuring Compliance.
• Maintain competitive advantage for staff recruitment & retention.
• Review and re-write the job description for the new or upgraded positions and consequently perform job evaluation to ensure equitable pay.
• Collect performance form of SGM and above and consolidated all their development needs in order to create Leader competency gaps profiles.
(I left this position because of family illness circumstances).
Managing and having overall responsibility of the medical insurance, HRDF, and on-boarding process.
Key Responsibilities & Results:
• Improve and minimize hiring and on-boarding, processes.
• Manage the discussion and negotiations to renewal our medical insurances in order to be less than the finance max.
(I left this position to pursue experience in HR Reward and to implement my dissertation).
Administering payroll (GOSI), vacations, HRDF, personnel files, and overseeing disciplinary action as per company and labour office rules. Also, coordinated medical insurance to promote employee wellness.
Key Responsibilities & Results:
• Managed and coached VM team to implement marketing promotions.
• Managed VM system to monitor IN/OUT promotions, material sent to the pharmacies.
• Establish company manual in order to use it as a guidance for new employees.
(I left this position to pursue my further education in human resource management).
• My dissertation was about "THE TOTAL REWARD MODEL AN EFFECTIVE APPROACH TO ACHIEVE ORGANISATIONAL OBJECTIVES IN THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIAN ORGANISATION". • Online Flexible PRP Reward System project. Design of an equitable Performance-Related Pay (PRP) Online Reward System for the Reward Systems module within the MSc. in IR & HRM. Also, the group achieved the highest mark within the Masters class, and gained high praise from senior reward managers and officials from a world-renowned medical device company. My Grade: 2nd class hons grade 2.
