To plan and manage the HR activities including but not limited to performance management, compensation and benefits, Talent Acquisition & Development, and Career Planning for employees taking into account current and future requirement in order to enable the Management to achieve their operational and strategic objectives.
Lead and direct the Human Resource team to create healthy and proactive services to the business.
• Oversee the Employee Relations; managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness etc. Maintain employee satisfaction and identify areas of improvement
• Supervise the implementation of Performance Management and coaching managers on performance management issues and processes
• Provide guidance on development on both Corporate and Departmental levels.
• Assumes leadership role in the development and implementation of generalist HR strategies, policies and projects

• Amend and implement new HR policies, procedures and processes
• In conjunction with the Director of HR, ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current international standards, Labour law, and Common Practice

• Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Supervise technical/soft skills training for staff.

• Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.

Human Resources Specialist / Acting Training / Development Manager (2011-Present)
Charged with GAP and training needs analysis for entire organization including budget allocation for six business lines. Oversee appropriate application of Nationalization policy, CDPS, and manage all related issues with Government and Pension Authority.
Notable: As member of the Document Control Committee, supervised team paper usage and effectively reduced waste by 50%.
• Conduct ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members.
• Prepare annual training plan and budget for 250 employees.
• Develop/organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials as needed.
