•Inline with Palladium’s diversity and inclusion targets, increased the female ratio in the Kuwait & Saudi Arabia offices
•Amidst the Covid situation, successfully hired for the Beijing, China office

regional offices, including MedNet with their recruitment activities- Egypt, Jordan, KSA, Bahrain, UAE
•Managed the partnership of local universities.
•Training HR Managers and HR officers regionally on best Recruitment practice and usage of Taleo
•On boarding/ Induction program/Exit Interviews

•Indirectly managing the HR Officers at MedNet entities from a recruitment point.
