Job responsibilities
o To make any possible efforts to succeed in the project from Design stage up to Project completion, especially for E&M Systems and other parts instructed by Project Manager & Engineering Manager
o To follow the instruction by Project Manager & Engineering Manager and report to them or any other persons specified by Project Manager
Design Stage
• to participate in weekly progress meeting with Saudi ARAMCO and with SUMITOMO Project Management Team
• to coordinate among Saudi ARAMCO, engineers of GES company and engineers of SUMITOMO’s Subcontractor in order to verify the accuracy of the design especially for Electrical Systems
• to review and verify the drawings submitted by GES, and let Subcontractor to review it and be responsible for it for Electrical Systems
Procurement Stage
• to confirm the properness of procurement and to make any kinds of required documents related to procurement of Electrical Systems
• to do any necessary procurement supports including to make documentations
Construction Stage
• to participate in weekly progress meeting with Saudi ARAMCO and with SUMITOMO Project Management Team
• to supervise the work progress of Subcontractor
• to suggest any recovery plan in case the progress of Subcontractors are not satisfactory level by Saudi ARAMCO
• to participate in the testing and commissioning of E&M Systems

• Transformers, Switchgears, MCC's, Generators .
• UPS, DC-Rectifiers, Battery Systems.
• Fire alarms system.
• Fire fighting system.
• HVAC Control and DDC.
• SACS.
• RTU and RTU Shelters
• IDAS.

Making construction plans
Reporting
Attending daily and weekly meeting with clients
Job responsibilities
• Supervising the sub-contractors work & the Project progress (delivery of the major materials, installation, testing & commissioning, …etc) ensuring that all the work done as per ARAMCO’s Standards
Design Stage
• To review all design drawings
• Coordinate with vendors for NMR submittals
Procurement Stage
• Coordinate with vendors and price negotiation.

Job responsibilities:
• Supervising the sub-contractors work & the Project progress (delivery of the major materials, installation, testing & commissioning, …etc) ensuring that all the work done as per ARAMCO’s Standards
• Following up clearing of exception item list (EIL) required by ARAMCO’s proponent & PID.
• Handling some of project Change Orders, Quotations...etc.
• Co-ordination between ARAMCO & our Sub-contractors.
• Procurement: Following the delivery of the materials with the suppliers as per the contract schedule
• Handling argent correspondence to ARAMCO/Sub-contractor.
• Attending ARAMCO weekly meeting as well as the internal meetings (with sub-contractors).
• Main contact person in any emergency case at the various project bldgs.
