Promotes the assigned product portfolio in line with strategy
Implements the activities and strategies defined to achieve sales target, gain
market share and meet related strategic KPIs
•Identifying new opportunities with existing clients to accomplish channel-fill with
the assigned high medical valued tests
•Identifying new opportunities on the assigned products, driving market
introduction and adoption by the Labs, in order to expand business
•Collaborates with local Sales teams on product presentations, high level
knowledge transfer and negotiations, whenever such involves the assigned
product portfolio
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the product portfolio and indications assigned,
proactively searching for market information, scientific updates, competitive
developments, and transferring them to the Sales teams, in alignment with
Marketing
Business development of tactical marketing plans for multiple product lines and
managing the implementation with the team
• Preparing sales forecast figures for running business on quarterly basis
Run multiple workshops for both private and government sector as preparation for
product launch
•New account development by engaging customers as product experts
Technical support for several diagnostic lines, troubleshooting on site, collection
of data
• Setting pricing for new product releases to meet revenue & profitability goals
• Managing key accounts, tender-related documents, and promotional materials
Develop sales and business plans of new products by studying the market needs
acquiring new companies
• Achieved first installation of Cancer Localization System device in Levant Region
Follow up of immunohematology, quality control and diabetes testing tenders as
well as preparing workshops and support for some customers in public and private
sector
Business development of tactical marketing plans for multiple product lines and
managing the implementation with the team
Achieve the sales goals which include but are not limited to the KPIs of Diasorin
product portfolio and market objectives with assigned key and strategically
important Hospital/Lab chain customers.
• Lead the customer account planning cycle by executing account plans
• Ensure assigned customers needs and expectations are met
Enlist and align cross-functional support activities of company resources to meet
account plan objectives and customers expectations.
• Provide business analytics and KPI reports on a regular base
•Achieve the sales goals of Randox and Diasorin product portfolio and market
objectives with assigned key and strategically important Hospital/Lab chain
customers.
•Assure that strong and effective customer relationships with key decision makers
are built, maintained and expanded in order to grow and develop business.
