• Providing daily reports regarding services progress, trouble shoot and propose effective solutions in the services mechanisms.
• Working as project manager and leader for new VAS campaigns and ensuring the delivery of the VAS services on time and within budget.
• Generate and update project charts in order to meet target, budget and timelines.
• Prepares and maintains weekly and monthly project status reports.
• Launching Marketing campaigns through different types of media for new services.
• Monitoring Services to ensure the quality of service.
• Present daily reports regarding services Progress.
• Quality Assurance on the contents of the SMS and MMS to provide the services contents with the best quality.
• Handling technical customer care complaints.
• Handling Bulk Tracking and Bulk Planning to target the correct user and ensure the increase on the services Hits.
• Handling commercial Bulk accounts (Safir, Moevenpick, 52Degrees, Census…etc).
• Create system logic, analysis and flow chart design for new services.
• Creating reports from Databases using MYSQL and MS SQL Servers.
• Monitor and troubleshoot any malfunction regarding the services on the servers.
• Propose new services and technical solutions to the Business department.
• Communicate with Al Watan TV group to analyze their requirements and provide the technical team by a complete requirements analysis.
• Follow up with the technologies used in VAS in order to develop and implement the latest services in the field.
• Making deals and contracts for new services with local and international celebrities and companies including the revenue share negotiation of each party.
• Selling bulk messages to new customers and preparing BOQs.
• Account Manger to all third parties (Asaig, Audiotelecom, Cellcast, Mediaphone, Actel, Baraheen, Nexcom…etc.)
• Account Manager for Wataniya Telecom
• Monitoring all Services to ensure the quality of service
• Present Daily reports regarding services Progress, trouble shoot and propose effective solutions in the services mechanisms
• Follow up with the contents department to provide the services contents with the optimum properties for MMS and SMS Services.
