• Explored various departments of retail banking.
• Focused mostly on Customer Service, Support Banking, Sales, and Teller.
• Prepared a report to better the bank's performance in different departments.
2007 - 2012 American University of Sharjah (AUS), United Arab Emirates Bachelor in Business Administration (Accredited by AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business)) Concentration in Marketing and Management Completed coursework and undergraduate research work in the following areas (among several others): Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Cross Cultural Management, International Marketing, Business Study Tour, Human Resource, Business Law, History of Media, Globalization, Existentialism, Media and Ethics, Theatre, Environmental Science. Coursework: My course work involved intense research, in many different grounds and several projects. I had the chance to fortunately work with Dr. Matti Juhani Haverila and Dr. Nickolas Ashill, which are major heads of Marketing teachings in the world.
