1) Identify any new prospect
2) Collect Market Data (prices, new products, …)
3) Regular client’s visits
4) Tenders’ reports/ Orders Reports
5) Shipping plans
6) Manage the team

11) Provide prompt and accurate feedback to management whenever
1) Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
2) Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
3) Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
4) Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
5) Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
6) Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
7) Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
8) Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
1) Cables Designer for: High voltage, medium voltage, Low voltage & bare cables (According to international standards or special customer specifications).
2) Responsible for preparation of: Technical Data Sheets, Technical Offers & Technical Drawings (by using AutoCAD Program) for cables.
3) Responsible to response on time for requests of quotations, tenders, orders and technical support for salesmen.
1) Create RFQ for project materials and services and issue contracts.
2) Float RFQ and RFP to bidders, follow up and obtain open and sealed bids
3) Techno‐commercial evaluation and preparation of comparative statements
4) Generating PO for services and materials,
5) Follow‐up on material delivery and documentation requirements.
6) Follow client standards and procedures for inspection, documentation requirements, delivery requirements, etc.
7) Vendor evaluation.
8) Vendor registration.
