Project Management: Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with Architects/Collaborators/ Promoters.
Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective
resource utilization to maximize the output. Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress providing
technical inputs. Ensuring that the Projects dept. is at all times following the policies and guidelines as laid down in the
implementing ISO systems and processes. Executing projects involving various field activities such as Partitions, False
Ceiling, Painting, Tiling, Flooring, Carpentry / Joinery, Refurbishing, Masonry, Electro-mechanical, HVAC / Fire Protection,
Fabrication and Water-Proofing.
Techno-Commercial Operations: Heading and managing tendering and biding activities entailing, purchasing tenders from
the Government and submitting it after filling up the rates by thoroughly studying the engineering drawings given in the
tender. Designing prequalification documents to be submitted along with the tender including financial & physical quantities
required for the qualification of the tender. Preparing BOQ, civil contracts, cost estimation and rate analysis various items of
civil projects, Project management and planning, liaising with different Govt. Agencies, Architects and consultants, etc.
Playing an active role in representing firm in various negotiations of tenders organized by Government.
Site & Construction Management/Resource Planning: Supervising all construction activities including providing
technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities. Overseeing a team of
engineers for various types of job and resolving bottlenecks. Preparing and reviewing Method Statements and Work Specific
Quality Control Plans. Ensuring materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.
Team Management: Coordinating manpower planning for competency building for implementation of new projects.
Responsible for team building and providing effective leadership to realize the potential of every member of the team for
delivering quantifiable results.
Role:
Managing, four departments, Investment, Projects, Real Estate & Surveying with total projects amount 385 million
JD. Investment portfolios, Lands development specialist.
Studying the business case in order to plan the projects accordingly.
Assign the aspect for each member in order to achieve the target.
Creating budget for projects with associated Time, cost, Quality & Risk Plan .
Responsible for buying a selling the lands in order to get the required profit.
Looking always for preventive action and minimize the corrective action to catch the issue prior happened.

- Zahrat Almadina Hotel project @ Al Madinat with total BUA 26000 m2 B+G+M+12 and project value 70 millions
SAR .
- Design of Azizia Compound, Villa Type A, B, C with total BUA 65000 m2, with estimated cost 130 millions SAR.

Managing total scope of the development of store outlets for ensuring the quality and deliverables within strict and
sharply defined time frames
Monitoring and reporting workplace management quality and supporting Production team in production process and

Reviewing and practices of all Sub Contractors and Vendors to deliver quality work and materials practices in line with
the manufacturer recommendations.

- ALFALH community project 2500 villas, 3 types with total project value 7 billions AED. Precast prototype & pre-
stress hollow core slab .
- Commercial building G+6 With project value 6 millions AED -Precast prototype & pre- stress hollow core slab
Water Front Project with 580 millions Dh's Project amount, 146 Villas, G+4 (16)Buildings
including related infrastructure and landscaping works .
Role:
Control and coordinate company projects internally and externally to ensure that timelines and the budget will be
achieved according to the project plan.
Manage the performance and development of assigned construction personnel relative to site and corporate objectives
and provide focus on the attainment of high -quality execution.
Identify and develop solutions for complex problems, gather background information on the problem through discussion
with relevant personnel, compile data needed for evaluation, compares data to acceptable standards and specifications
, identify a number of alternatives to correct deficiencies, determine cost associated with each solution, compile reports
which detail the problem and final solutions.
Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of work performed by project construction team.
Establish job performance plans, conducts and reviews performance evaluations of subordinate staff, establish goals,
