civil projects, Project management and planning, liaising with different Govt. Agencies, Architects and consultants, etc.
Playing an active role in representing firm in various negotiations of tenders organized by Government.
Site & Construction Management/Resource Planning: Supervising all construction activities including providing
technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities. Overseeing a team of
engineers for various types of job and resolving bottlenecks. Preparing and reviewing Method Statements and Work Specific
Quality Control Plans. Ensuring materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.
Team Management: Coordinating manpower planning for competency building for implementation of new projects.
Responsible for team building and providing effective leadership to realize the potential of every member of the team for
delivering quantifiable results.

Role:
 Control and coordinate company projects internally and externally to ensure that timelines and the budget will be
achieved according to the project plan.
 Manage the performance and development of assigned construction personnel relative to site and corporate objectives
and provide focus on the attainment of high -quality execution.
 Identify and develop solutions for complex problems, gather background information on the problem through discussion
with relevant personnel, compile data needed for evaluation, compares data to acceptable standards and specifications
, identify a number of alternatives to correct deficiencies, determine cost associated with each solution, compile reports
