technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities. Overseeing a team of
engineers for various types of job and resolving bottlenecks. Preparing and reviewing Method Statements and Work Specific
Quality Control Plans. Ensuring materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.
Team Management: Coordinating manpower planning for competency building for implementation of new projects.
