Planing and ensuring mechanical and electrical installation as per approved drawings and material approvals.
Be responsible for undertaking the design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations in accordance with electrical and plumbing standards.
Oversee and manage the operation and maintenance of the following:
- Fire suppression systems
- Electrical cables and wiring
- Facility electrical utility equipment and distribution lines
- Lighting/switches/receptacles/air conditioning units
- Generators and power distribution / breaker panels
- Electrical distribution systems
- Motors/pumps/cables/wiring and all other electrical systems
- Lighting Protection System
- Earthing System
- Public Adress (PA) System
Received quotation, classify, compare and negotiate.
Performing per/post installation audit at site with final drawing.
Preparation of following mentioned detailed design engineering documents for required Project.
Preparation of Specifications, Scopes and RFQs.
Preparation of Supply & Installation BOQs, Equipment Data Sheets.
Preparation of SLDs, Layouts and Typical Installation Detail.
All types of Electric panels such as AC & DC Panels.
Installation of lighting protection system.
Motors Installation.
Earthing System Installation
Planning & execution of the preventive, emergency & routine maintenance.
Generate daily, weekly, monthly look-ahead schedule and front availabilities.
To maintain the quality standards of the company in Planning and Execution.
Testing and commissioning.
