Responsible and Accountable to implement and maintain Risk & Exception management life cycle process for
every risk/exception created (Control & Security Compliance)
Preparing risk advisory letter and sharing it with account teams for client signoff.
Contribute/Develop innovative programs/methodologies to manage better Security & Compliance posture.
Responsible to reduce the risk in the environment by applying / providing consultation on best mitigation /
implementation of effective controls.
Accountable to avoid audit issues on the IT risk & exception management process.
Adhered to all the audit readiness guidelines and timely supply of data on request.

Providing helpdesk support and network administration for Windows 2000/XP.
