- Prepare Purchase Orders.
- Send Order Confirmation to supplier based on
management approval
- Arrange LC (depends on payment term) by submitting
concern application and documents.
- Follow-up with supplier for order confirmation and
shipping schedule.
- Prepare weekly report on purchasing and report latest
shipping schedule to planning team / Purchase
Management.
- Arrange the shipping / forwarding agents for shipment.
- Close follow-up with forwarder until the shipment arrive
at destination.
- Coordinate with warehouse team for receiving shipment
and distribution of material to concern locations.
- Prepare monthly purchase report of purchase orders and
procurement forecast for the coming month.

In addition to above, I have experience in administrative and logistic responsibilities also.
Prepare Purchase orders and send to foreign suppliers and other related Jobs including arrangement of shipping, custom clearance, LC application, costing and all other related jobs of purchasing dept.
- Draft and prepare letters as per the requirement
of the office.
- Negotiate prices with different suppliers of Far-
East and
execute purchase orders for toys and spare parts.
- Coordination with forwarders / shippers by negotiating
better prices for shipping and arrange custom clearance.
- Prepare periodical purchase reports of toys & spare parts
import.
- Other general responsibilities of office administration &
filing.
