Summary of experience as related Interface and Implementations Manager.
•Interfacing on daily basis with various stakeholders, contractual packages holders, and sub contractors as necessary to monitor progress of work, address problems or stoppages issues to ensure timely implementation of work assigned under their contractual obligations.
•Define project milestones, address with stakeholders and ensure contractor’s commitments are met.
•Ensure clear understanding of SOW (Scope of Work) of each contractor to assist in addressing milestones related to the project.
•Review achievements against PIP’s submitted, site visits & question and address delays where targets were not met, analyze contractors reasoning if any, validate and take immediate corrective measures to ensure on schedule completion.
•Day to day communications with various entities associated with the project, governmental or others attend meetings to address requirements, and solve problems that may impact the project and or contractors work.
•Monitor progress of work through a tracking system, if on-line service is not available; keep a track of various tasks associated with contractors and commitments made to stakeholder in order to retain timely completion of various tasks regardless of size of task.
• Manage regular meetings with contractors, issue minutes, review IFC drawings, and address progress of work with stakeholders to update and solve issue arising of technical or non technical nature to avoid delays.
•Prepare minutes of meetings, weekly reports, showing achievements, % of work completion and planned schedule of work for the weeks ahead addressing any milestones.
•When and as necessary address major issues with stakeholders through formal presentation of the subject, giving full and clear picture of requirements, milestones if any, and corrective measures.
•Make regular site visits and site inspection to monitor performance and achievements of contractors, raise any issue of concern related to quality of work and ensure implementation according to specifications and approved drawings.
•Ensure all health and safety procedures on site are addressed by HSE department and site contractors to follow procedures, regulation as applicable.

HIA (NDIA) is a $ 15 billion project; my role was to ensure implementations of Airport Wide Telephone System (AWTS) and Airport Wide Wireless System (AWWS). Management of Ooredoo teams and Ooredoo sub-contractors for the installation of Airport wide Telephone System (IP-PABX).Fiber optic network for various services. Coordination with various stakeholders for installations and commissioning of DAS IBS (Distributed Antenna Systems, in building solution) for both LTE/4G and Tetra services related to HIA, Ooredoo and Ministry of Interior. External monopoles and repeater base stations installations, effective control and managerial assistance to various stakeholders’ to ensure proper implementation, of all services.

Introduced Internet in the Gulf region for the first time, allowing Kuwait to be the first country to provide Internet services in 1993 to the general public.

Re-construction of the Telecommunications infrastructure of the State of Kuwait after the Iraqi invasion in 1990.Various projects in Wide Area Networking was implemented making Kuwait well ahead of other countries in the area, particularly considering the damages caused by the Iraqi invasion. Some of the major customers being, the Ministry of Interior, The public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAT), Kuwait University. Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) and KNPC, Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) local banks and financial institution and most challenging of all for the Financial Sector, the KNET Banking System, where the concept of ATM was first introduced.
