This role encompasses a multifaceted scope, seamlessly blending the operational responsibilities of a Project Manager with the strategic leadership of a Head of PMO, providing a dynamic and holistic approach to project management excellence.
Project Operations: Lead cross-functional Agile teams in the successful delivery of IT projects. Implement and champion Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to drive project success.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and priorities. Communicate project status, risks, and changes effectively to all relevant parties.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Implement risk management best practices to minimize project disruptions.
Allocate and manage project resources, ensuring optimal utilization. Coordinate with team leads and departments to secure necessary resources.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs to meet financial objectives. Provide accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
Ensure Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) are followed, and Agile ceremonies are effective. Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
Maintain project documentation, including user stories, sprint backlogs, and release plans. Generate project reports and metrics for management and stakeholders.
Strategic leadership: The PMO Director role entails overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring the successful execution of projects within the organization. This pivotal position involves providing strategic direction, establishing governance standards, optimizing resources, managing risks, and fostering stakeholder engagement to align projects with the company's strategic objectives. Furthermore, I am also involved in maintaining quality standards, driving change management, and managing project budgets effectively, contributing to the organization's overall success and growth.
Assist in the definition of Blockchain project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Wireframing, Design, Frontend, Backend & block chain integration brainstorming and finalization of the project
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress (Road mapping)
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Overseeing Agile ceremonies like Backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, retrospective & reporting.

PMO: Responsible for the comprehensive oversight and stewardship of the Project Management Office (PMO), including but not limited to resource optimization, cost management, benefits realization, process standardization, meticulous cost control, adept risk management, strategic alignment, and the facilitation of enhanced communication.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
