 Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs to meet financial objectives. Provide accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
 Ensure Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) are followed, and Agile ceremonies are effective. Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
 Maintain project documentation, including user stories, sprint backlogs, and release plans. Generate project reports and metrics for management and stakeholders.
 Strategic leadership: The PMO Director role entails overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring the successful execution of projects within the organization. This pivotal position involves providing strategic direction, establishing governance standards, optimizing resources, managing risks, and fostering stakeholder engagement to align projects with the company's strategic objectives.
