DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the implementation of projects according to the plans, conditions and specifications with coordination between all engineering aspects and managing stakeholder’s engagements and expectations using PMI principles.
- Gather requirements from end user sectors/departments and guide them to finalize their requirements using different approaches (site visits, meetings, workshops, consulting SME's, lessons learned from previous projects...etc.), then apply WBS techniques to come up with measureable deliverables and the accepted criteria.
- Writing requirements and issuing RFP’s and tender analysis for new projects.
- Reviewing and approving technical drawings and materials.
- Scheduling, prioritizing and assigning tasks to team members.
- Formal inspection and periodic follow-up for projects progress.
- Risk analysis and recommending prevention & correction actions.
- Follow-up the audit and approval of invoices made by contractors or consultants after verifying the quantities and work achieved in accordance with the financial, administrative and technical regulations.
- Oversee the work of technical committees for the execution and delivering of new projects.
- Facilitate the transformation between construction teams and maintenance teams to ensure the continuity of work and avoid interruptions or stop of work.
- Consider safety requirements before, during and at the end of projects.
