Establish Salary Scale
Lead the implementation of the HR system.

Headcount: 2400 Employees
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain payroll data.
Execute payroll process and payroll reconciliation.
Interprets company policies and government regulations affecting
payroll tax issues.
Review personnel records to determine names, rates of pay, and
position titles of newly hired employees and changes in wage rates
and the position of employees
Prepare and process End of Service payment.
Issue and control Bank loan letters.
Prepare accrual reports ( vacations, Air Ticket, GOSI, EOS)
Headcount: 1800 Employees
Responsibilities:
Prepare correspondence, forms, manuals, schedules, contracts,
and reports for the HR Director.
Arrange meeting agenda, and meeting minutes
Process all new hires documents
Process and prepare all personnel transaction forms.
Prepare all letters requested by the staff
In charge of Air ticket reservations for staff
Control vacation records.
Maintain and update employee's files
In charge of office equipment maintenance contracts.
