• Al Namlah Contracting Company: Asphalting, paving and lighting project for villages of Hail (Estimated Value: 8 million Riyal)
• Al Jabalen Contracting Company: Asphalting, paving and lighting project in Hail (Estimated Value: 9 million Riyal)
• Al Rakhees Contracting Company: Asphalting, paving and lighting project in Hail (Estimated Value of the Asphalting phase: 19 million Riyal)
• Al Ghuwairi Contracting Institution: Expansion of Adirea Bridge, (Estimated Value: 10 million Riyal)
• Designed the building of Hail Chamber of Commerce and various additional private buildings
• Oversaw the construction and completion of numerous governmental and private buildings
Key Presentations Delivered:
• Led presentation explaining the establishment of the Coordination Office, and presented it to his Royal Highness the Prince of Hail, Prince Saud bin Abdulmohsen Al Saud.
• Managed presentations for Mitlaq Alghweri Contracting Institution for members of Hail Municipality.
• Directed presentations to disseminate details pertaining to expropriation program and system of administrative communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining in depth knowledge of the legal process pertaining to expropriation to ensure adherence to public/individual land rights; keeping abreast of market values of property and structures for apt execution of valuation.
• Directing compensation, eviction and demolition functions; administering advice to senior management regarding feasibility studies and concept development stages to ensure effective transitioning and resettlement of communities.
• Collaborating with department members, Project Managers and other relevant agencies in order to steer expropriation planning; aligning all procedures with international standards to facilitate smooth implementation of construction projects.
• Contributing towards ministry planning and development of budgets for projects requiring expropriation; developing internal processes and procedures to provide guidance to all staff to support fulfillment of Municipality objectives.
Independently established a business for Engineering Consultants in Hail to enable provision of complex engineering and construction services; developed programs targeted towards fulfillment of client's project management needs from inception to completion.

• Designed programs to manage engineering consultation and administrative affairs; implemented policies to ensure stable running of operations including strategic planning, change management, and contract negotiations to fuel business development.
