Manage the company in the eight fundemental and core activities which are Finance, Administration, Proucrement, Production, Quality Control, Desgin, Estimation, as well as Sales and Marketing.

-In charge of five companies administratively (Riyadh Investment Company Group - Al makateb Company Ltd. - Ramah Aluminum and Metal Coating Factory Company Ltd. - Saudi Turf Company Ltd. - Riyadh Aluminum Products Company Ltd.)
-In charge of developing mentioned companies administratively and technologically (studying and choosing the suitable MIS and ERP software and supervising the implementation)
-In Charge of HR (Recruiting, training, employment scale and grading system, etc)

-Managing, Administratively and Financially, ACT Offices in Riyadh, Beirut, and Cairo
-Coordinating work between ACT Offices
-Administrating Employees’ Productivity

-Administering over 180 employees (Administratively and Financially)
-Supervising the Company sites managers in the projects of both Ministry of Municipality and Ministry of Transportation
-Implementing Time Schedule in work progress and making decision in contingencies
-Following up the progress of the work and reporting to the Upper Management
-Managing the site of Alqwaia

-Reviewing and approving Annual Budget and other related Financial Statements
-Preparing Projects’ Budgets
-Managing Human Resources and Employees’ Recruitment
-Dealing with employee-employee-client conflict
