- Develop, Implement & monitor HSE management system in accordance with ISO 14001, OSHMS 45001 and OSHAD-SF.
- Prepare risk assessment and Job safety analysis for all activities by identifying the hazards and implementing their control measures.
- Provide HSE Inductions to company visitors, professionals, contractors and new employees.
- Apply and monitor Investigation procedure to ensure all accidents are documented and performing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure to provide of First aid arrangements, personal protective equipment and ensuring their effective maintenance.
- Implement and monitor a program of internal and external audit and inspection of the activities under scope of work to determine the
effectiveness of, and compliance with, the organization’s Performance Management Plan, Policies and Procedures within the Integrated system.
- Meet the KPI targets and monthly reporting on health and safety statistics to achieve annual performance of the HSE plan.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health standards, welfare arrangements and company code of practice.
- Inspect and monitor environmental aspects on regular basis and submit their reports to Environment agency Abu Dhabi (EAD)
- Coordinate with ESP’s for waste collection and submit annual waste reduction reports to Tadweer
- Perform regular inspection of emergency equipment including Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarm System, and Fire Suppression System
To ensure necessary arrangements for emergency evacuation through the review and recording of checks on all Fire Fighting systems
- Issue and implement permit to work systems, evaluation and proper action plans for contractors as well as for employees
- Coordinate sector regulatory authorities to implement and maintain standard and statuary requirements.

Working as EHSS officer in the facility and projects to maintain compliance with ADEHSM system with daily inspecting, monitoring and regular auditing by implementing engineering control measures and performing trainings, tool box talks, safety meetings to ensure safe conditions, act and safe system of work.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate and carry out risk assessment, method statement & lifting Plan for the working site
- Ensure pre checks of hazardous atmosphere before entering confined spaces and excavation works
- Monitoring, inspection, auditing and advising personnel on workplace safety
- Ensure fire & emergency equipment are maintained and emergency procedures are consistently followed
- Report all accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to site management
- Arrange and conduct site safety orientation /Induction program & appropriate trainings & drills for employees
- Participate in HSE meetings & site inspections to mitigate hazards and assessing their control measures
- Ensure equipment safety requirements are maintained according to project operations
- Coordinate with main contractor & clients to rectify different observations & NC’s and assists to close out with concerned departments.

- Establish, implement and maintain ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 system
- Preparation of HIP and JSA for various Aramco projects
- Execute safety programs for locations and minimize company safety losses.
- Support HSE inspections, audits and self-assessments.
- Assist the Technical team adhering the local and international regulations
- Conduct surveys, studies and researches
- Evaluate and apply environmental, local, domestic, and international regulations and standards
- Manage reports, present summaries to management with suggested solutions.
- Handle safety assessments and deploy corrective measures to minimize hazard.
- Assist in the training of staff and contractors - Induction & ongoing; Investigation of field related
incidents.

Familarity with all process design and presenting daily report to production manager.

To get the training and learn the processes of Single super phosphate (SSP), Sulfuric Acid and utilities and prepare the process flow sheet diagrams.
