Take up on new locations, build these location and build best teams at these locations. I.e. successful location (Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates, Mirdiff City Center etc.)
2020 launched first in UAE Home Delivery Sim Distribution within IR (Groceries and Supermarkets) on FMCG model.
This Includes All day, West Zone, F mart, Tech Orbit and all small and big groceries. First phase completed successfully which consist of 565 stores across all UAE.
Launched Kiosk Sales Point and Metro Sales Point of Virgin Mobiles across IR, Modern Trade.
Assisted Self-service sim Distribution Launch in Modern trade, which includes Carrefour, Spinneys, Waitrose and LULU.
Successfully launched Self-service model of Sim distribution across IR and all over UAE
I ensure clear definition of merchandising projects scopes and ensures that all projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard.
Manage a Team of 6 Van salesmen and 4 Visual Merchandisers across all Emirates.
Manage their day to day activities and assign their targets and KPIs, report back to channel manager.
I have activated 400+ independent retail outlets and implement brand seasonal VM Guidelines Both in IR and 21 Modern trade Channel Partners.
In 2017 Support the commercial launch of E-Voucher and activate it across all IR channel.

Introduce 1st time in UAE home deliver Sim activation through Careem and Carry in 2017. Conduct training of Careem captains and Carry Bike Champions to follow the standards and rules of TRA and Virgin Mobile.
Support field sales teams and brand ambassadors to achieve targets in a timely manner.
I work with marketing department by giving feedback about market requirement ahead of installations to ensure accurate application of designs, technical specifications and highest possible quality production. Once installations are complete, review the quality and processes giving feedback to suppliers as necessary.
I ensure that all display activity is effectively communicated to Sales (merchandising action plan), and supervise all counters on overall image, display, tidiness and cleanliness.
I Coach and build strong relations with Sales Executives/ VM Ambassador, IR Dealers and Senior Sales Executives, so that they can help maintain presentations.
I monitor promotion/window setup, display and dismantle if necessary.
I determine call schedule by reviewing priorities with senior managers, discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes.
Always maintain store shelves by observing displays of company products; removing damaged or freshness-dated products; tidying store shelves; providing optimum display of products.
Always maintain inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory; observing inventory levels; prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
I complete call report by observing display and pricing of competitors' products.
Always help field sales representatives with special promotions by setting-up displays at aisle ends; checking daily on special promotions; observing customer reaction to special promotions; forwarding observations to management; removing promotions at end of special promotion period.
I provide information by reporting growth, expansion, or closing of supermarkets in assigned territory.

I manage development of visual merchandising units and displays, serving as primary point of contact with vendors on behalf of brand and shared VM Design teams
I discuss feasibility (materials, layouts, costs) of display designs with vendors
I partner with VM Design teams to address issues and provide alternatives to reduce cost and enhance functionality
Obtain bids and negotiate cost for individual projects
Review and approve engineering drawings to ensure consistency with design intent
Test and approve prototypes

Monitor display breakage / maintenance requests to identify functionality issues
Drive merchandising innovation by monitoring competitive merchandising activity, attending trade shows, and networking with new and existing vendors to keep abreast of industry trends/newness

Oversee the development of the Project Brief and Business Case
Authorize & Assist expenditure levels, set stage tolerances and ensure funding for agreed expenditure is available
Provide proposed changes to cost or timescale beyond tolerance levels and all proposed changes to scope, checking for possible effects on the Business Case
