•Manage negotiations with principals on core issues like gross margins, pricing structure, advertising and promotional expenses.
•Conduct regular team meetings to ensure that the sales team is continuously updated on progress against plan, set period objectives & obtain feedback.
•Responsible for analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies.
•Control inventory through hands-on forecasting and ordering; keeping in mind lead time variances, stock holding & payment terms.
•Developing business plan with modern trade customer.
•Plan the monthly investments for secondary displays, events & branding in the Market.
•Identify and obtain relevant new business to drive organizational growth.
•Establish effective relationships with other departments (Trade Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain) to address Key Business issues and opportunities.
•Manage, lead, and coach the sales team.
•Ensure payment of receivables in a timely and diplomatic manner.
•Monthly target distribution & growth planning with the sales team.
•Arranging & conducting training for the sales team, merchandisers & promoters every fortnight. Negotiation with the retail outlet buyers/managers on promotions, pricing & investments.
•Evaluating the target consumer of the retailer to determine the right products are supplied.
•Organizing the sales activities by regular follow up with the sales & logistic team.
•Weekly sales review from the team.
•Scrutinize sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets and KPI’s.
•Promotion allocations for the sales team.
•Product development for new launches and ensuring massive displays.
•Provide feedback from the market regarding competitor’s activities & new product introduction.
•Ensuring the availability of the core range as per channel and guidelines.


ACHIEVEMENTS:
•Delivered growth of 70% - Q3 (2020) for American Garden in Qatar Market.
•Added 35 new Customers - Wholesale (Food & Nonfood) and HoReCa in second half of 2019.
•Achieved growth of 17% (Household) & 76 % (Luggage) in the year 2018.
•Awarded for excellence in execution - Protect & care launch 2016 - Nivea.
•Completed the talent development program with Abu Issa Holding - November 2016.
•Awarded for outstanding performance & contribution to the NIVEA MEN crème launch 2015.
•Star performer of the year award - 2014.
•Played a key role in winning the partner of the Year award from beiersdorf - Nivea MENA region for two consecutive years (2014 - 2015).
•Attained an average of 15% growth for major retail outlet chain (LULU GROUP) for two consecutive years (2014 - 2015).
