- Recruited and selected to spearhead turnaround of Maintenance Department in Riyadh, which had been struggling for 10+ years. This is the company's second largest service center at 35% of total operations, serving 500 customers per day.

- As Project Lead with 2 direct reports and 120 personnel, delivered operational and strategic imperatives, transforming operations in 3 months; in 6 months, Riyadh Maintenance Department became one of the company's best branches.

- Defined clear strategy for goal attainment along with service metrics, KPIs, and governance model for tracking quality, performance, and accountability. Restructured staff, created new performance expectations, and ensured proper staff training to restore team morale, competencies, and productivity.

- Hired and trained new Branch Manager and Assistant Manager to take over branch operations.

 - Lead communicator and executive decision maker in the field, ensuring efficient service quality and problem resolution. Interacted daily with crew members, rig workers, engineering staff, geologists, geophysicists, management, customer representatives, business partners, contractors, and clients.
