Primarily responsible for teaching and guiding students in Environmental Sciences Research especially in Environmental Microbiology, Environmental Health, Biostatistics, Pollution and Energy) and plays a pivotal role in mentoring students in their M.Sc. & Ph.D. projects and Research; also involving in Research Projects.
Teaching Courses - Environmental Microbiology, General Environmental Sciences, Environmental Pollution and Waste Management, Water & Sanitation and Bioenergy.
Supervising Ph.D Research Scholars and M.Sc. students in research and publications and getting scholarships for their research.
Organizing especial science events like World Environmental Day; organizing Conferences, Seminars, Lectures and Workshops.
Responsible in rising funds & getting supports for the events, conferences, seminars and workshops.
Responsible for organizing special technical training.
Responsible for chairing sections in Defence, seminars and Conferences.
Responsible for coordinating students.
Primarily responsible for teaching students especially in Microbiology, Biostatistics, Food and
Environmental Microbiology, Antimicrobials and Chemotherapy, Medical Microbiology and Immunology) and plays a pivotal role in mentoring students in their M.Sc. projects and Research.
Held administrative positions/responsibilities includes Head of Microbiology Laboratory, Co-ordinator for Post Graduate examination, incharge of Postgraduate Examination.
Involving in publishing papers in reputed journals and presenting in International and National
Conferences.
Significantly enhancing classroom learning environment and acting as a ‘Facilitator’ to promote student
leadership in initiating and creating positive learning opportunities.
Proactively exploring and implementing innovative teaching techniques to accelerate learning process
among students.
Accountable for the exploration and implementation of new teaching techniques.
Collaborating with fellow Teachers on lesson plans and performed administrative tasks viz. recording
attendance, managing student portfolios and providing individual assistance to the students.
Identifying areas of improvement while working with students and effectively coach them to improve theirperformance consistently.
Receiving consistently glowing evaluations from students and supervised administrators. Devised lessons, which captured the students’ imaginations infusing much needed enthusiasm.
