- Paid responsibilities in 6 months long project initially as M&E officer and later on led project as Project Manager after “abduction of Project Manager (Implementation) and his cousin to influence on project interventions”, during ongoing implementation.
Responsible for clients’ relationship management (CRM), projects monitoring, evaluation & research (MER) to maintain & acquire business.
Setting plans & budget projections through field research and market analysis
Mass media promotion of the activities/community mobilization & direct interventions

- To lead monitoring process, guide and coordinate seven monitoring teams in 23 districts, who were working on six different themes.
- I had to supervise, lead teams, professional capacity building of my team/group, setting budget projections and developing market research based plans to achieve business goals.
- Addressing all issues related to business development or while implementing suggested marketing plans of the company.
- It was a first line management position having responsibility to chase organizational business objectives.
- Proposing budget projections and working on building successor through capacity of team members.
- To chase sales goals, develop customers through pre-defined tactics by the company or some how negotiations in institutions and preparing market vigilance reports.
