Project Management
Responsibilities:

o Activities and resource planning.
o Organizing and motivating a project team.
o Controlling time management by

o Develop a schedule and Maintain a schedule.
o Re-cost estimating and developing the budget.
o Ensuring customer satisfaction.
o Analyzing and managing project risk.
o Monitoring progress.
o Managing reports and necessary documentation.

PROJECTS:
• EPC of new 33/13.8 KV HHR Substation at KING ABDULLAH ECONOMIC CITY (33 million SR)
• EPC of new 33/13.8 KV LAJWAN Substation at LAJWAN City for SEC - SOA (27.5 million SR).
• EPC of 33/13.8 KV MASNAH substation at Abha City for the SEC - SOA (42 million SR), successfully started and executed for 4 months as PM (A), ensuring effective execution of design and procurement milestones.
• EPC of 33-13.8kV Mobile substations 2 nos. for SEC - NG - COA and EOA.

TENDERING:
RESPONSIBILITIES

o Reviewing of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations.
o Attending Job explanation meeting.
o Site visit with customer.
o Identification of all risk.
o Preparation of Bid / No Bid decision.
o Preparation of RFQs and collection of offers.
o Offers review and negotiation with suppliers.
o Preparation of cost and price calculations and offer letter.
o Offer Submission.
o Post bid clarifications.
o Handing over to execution.

 Review project requirements, specifications, Scope of work and IFB and IFC Drawing packages
 Preparation of the project execution plan. Planning, scheduling and execution of EI&C jobs.
 Surveillance of the construction activities according to the IFC drawings, SAES, Specification and applicable industrial code practices in coordination with Saudi ARAMCO PMT.
 Implementation of the control philosophy by coordinating with clients, study and verification of P&IDs and IO Lists, selection and procurement of components.
 Designing and preparation ILDs.
 Designing and preparation of Equipments interconnection diagrams for the LV, MV switch gears and transformers.
 Preparation of Material Take off request (MTO).
 Quotations, vendor drawing and NMR review.
 Preparation of the TQ (Technical quires) if design have some conflict with SARMCO standard or side conditions
 Installation, calibration and commissioning of PLC, IBMS, DDC, Fire alarm System, sensors, Transducers, MOVs, FCVs, VFDs, dry sprinkler system, Motors (LV/MV), chillers (MV), Switch Gears(MV/LV), MCCs (MV/LV), Transformers (MV/LV) with protection panels, UPS, Battery charger, cooling tower, VAVs and Lighting control system
 Installation of cable tray and conduit network.
 Instrument, control, telecommunication and LV/MV power cable pulling and testing.
 Conduct Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) with clients.
 Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for control systems
 Pre-commissioning and commissioning
 Project hand over with completion of Punch list and red line drawings.
