As an Operations Executive at the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), I manage and coordinate operational activities that support the organizations professional development and strategic initiatives. My responsibilities include project coordination, stakeholder engagement, process management, programme administration, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the effective execution of organizational objectives. Through this role, I have developed strong expertise in operations management, problem-solving, process improvement, and stakeholder management while contributing to initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and member value within Malaysia’s leading professional accountancy body.
