As an Operations Executive at the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), I manage and coordinate operational activities that support the organizations professional development and strategic initiatives. My responsibilities include project coordination, stakeholder engagement, process management, programme administration, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the effective execution of organizational objectives. Lead coordination of end-to-end CPD programmes and institutional
training initiatives, supporting large-scale delivery to professional
member base across Malaysia
Support operational planning and execution across strategy,
development, and professional education functions, ensuring alignment
with organizational priorities
Collaborate with senior stakeholders in designing and maintaining
annual training calendars, ensuring effective scheduling and
prioritisation of key initiatives
Prepare and present operational performance reports and data insights
for management review, contributing to strategic decision-making and
process improvement initiatives
Acted in Assistant Manager capacity during peak periods, overseeing
workflow coordination, prioritisation, and operational execution when
required
