•Keeping the record of the staff database and processing the renewals of the QID’s and passports.
• Managing Employees relation within the framework of Qatar Labor Law.
•Payroll through WPS.
•Processing the Prometric and licensing of the Nurses.
•Processing visas for different countries.
•Handling the Tasks of Administration Manager whenever needed.
•Organize and schedule appointments.
•Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
•Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
•Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled HR reports.

• Scheduling the maids and drivers duty on daily basis

•Arrange for periodic co-ordination meetings with vendors for the purpose of introducing the business services to the clients.
•Perform Operator Duties to include handling incoming & outgoing calls, following up & corresponding with the clients
•Handle Customer Care incidents & report it accordingly to the concerned manager.
•Update data entries and produce periodic reports on back office applications
