Reporting to the M&A Director, a manager of first level, responsible for corporate finance activities, M&A strategy and execution, business investment recommendation and ensuring the alignment of M&A strategy with ongoing commercial business plans. Working closely on buy-side transactions, provide due diligence, research and post deal assistance, financial modelling, business planning, forecasting, investment analysis, financial statement analysis. • Assisted in a deal worth over 100m USD, provided post-acquisition support and management reporting.
• Provided initial analysis and recommendation for over 75 acquisition targets in the USA and worldwide.
• Developed financial model and memo templates that were used in all consequent projects.
• Drafted teasers for financial institutions and investors for potential participation in projects through financing.
• Participated in development and implementation of a budgeting process in GAPCORP.
Finance department: As part of the team for the new venture of the group, a senior staff member responsible for the whole cycle of bookkeeping. Responsibilities include:
