Act as a strategic business partner with business leaders to understand organization’s
business strategies and align human resource strategy and programs to achieve the
business goals, including alignment of succession planning, leadership development,
resource planning, talent acquisition, compensation, and performance management.
• Get acquainted with all local labor laws in each respective country to provide subject
matter expertise for HR policy, legal requirements, developing policies specific to
compensation, employee benefits and discipline issues.
• Set a well-structured performance management process, facilitate the quarterly connect
process and annual performance management process by leading performance
differentiation sessions with managers, communicating performance review and goal
setting instructions to employees and managers.
• Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment

stakeholders and sub v-teams created to facilitate this huge change management
process.• Act as liaison between Corp team, project team, and sub v-teams to ensure full
alignment and consistency concerning all the project processes and execution activities.
• Maintain constant communication with project management, Sub v-teams, and other
stakeholder to ensure proper operations of the project.
• Lead the operations’ teams to drive standardization & efficiency through handling end to
end processes for all MEA External Staff SMC, OCP and all shared services unites whilst
handling all operational related aspects.
• Set up processes for the operations team to ensure due diligence, compliance and legal
aspects are in place as well as the operations cycle runs smoothly and seamlessly.
• Work with the procurement team during this change management and renewal process
of all the (Scope of Work) SOWs with the vender agencies to shift the operational
activities MS used to handle to the agencies.
• Work closely with the finance team to develop rewarding system/sales incentives to
motivate the business teams to drive more revenue to the organization and coordinate
with the vendors to announce/communicate these sales contests.
• Oversee all the admin related work such as alias creation, PO management, etc. as well
as work with RE&S team on renovation projects for all our MEA MS premises in Egypt
and engaging with the facilities team to set a plan for the OPEX & CAPEX items
