As a safety and security manager in Ooredoo Tunisia I assure personals and company assets.
Our buildings are considered "ERP" (establishment receiving public) we have 1, 500 employees and a huge number of visitors and customers daily basis.
I manage a team of 05 experts in safety and security, a control and monitoring security center, reception service, a standard and a 205 security guards deployed over the whole country.
My main missions are:
- Safeguard and ensure lives of people (staff, visitors and clients).
- Protect the entire infrastructure of the establishment (administrative offices, technical facilities, deposits, customer spaces, parking ...) against accident, theft, assault, fraud, fire, explosions, terrorism, damage or loss.
To achieve these goals I make the following tasks:
- Development and updating of the studies necessary in terms of risk and safety.
- Periodic internal safety audits.
- Proposal for corrective measures and appropriate recommendations if necessary.
- Supervision of sites through visits or regular checks by remote electronic means.
- The supervision of security officers working on our sites.
- Continuous training and awareness of personals.
- Establishment of a first intervention team available 24/7 that provides immediate intervention in case of fire.
- Periodic maintenance of security equipment (detection, manual fire extinguishers, automatic extinguishing)
- Conduct all investigations in cases of fraud, theft, loss, damage, assaults and accidents at work.
- Represent our establishment with local authorities (police, civil defense, municipality ...)
Preview achievements:
In previous years, safety and security service of Ooredoo Tunisia assured several achievements that have spared the personal and the enterprise infrastructure many damages:
The main achievements are:
- The establishment of a control room and monitoring security center that supervises all company sites and coordination with all stakeholders.
- The implementation of security procedures such as procedure for access to different buildings and company premises, crisis and emergency situations management procedures, evacuation procedure of different buildings in case of alert and evacuation procedures of expatriates outside the country in case of emergency.
- Continuous training of security personnel.
- Several drills face emergencies such an alert bomb, fire and natural disasters.
- Evacuation exercises of expatriates to airports.
- The establishment of an information network which enables risk anticipation.
- Managing the period of the revolution in Tunisia, which was characterized by a climate of lawlessness of a deterioration of the security situation.
- Increasing the level of responsiveness to emergencies
As a security chief of the hostelry complex "Les Quatre Saisons Djerba" i was charged of securité and safety of 3 hotels belongs to the hostelry French company “FRAM”.
I was responsible of :
- Prevention against risks (terrorism, theft, fire)
- Persons and properties protection (employees, technical buildings).
- Personnel training in the security field.
I was instructor at the school of non-commissioned officer
I was Instructor at the Military academy
As an officer charged of security i was responsible of :
- Rules application
-Prevention against risks: terrorism, theft, fire, complicity actions, works accidents.
I was responsible of :
- Execution of trainings programs.
- training of the new specials forces members.
As an intervention element chief, I managed an anti-terrorism group composed of professionals special forces elements to intervened rapidly (Quick reaction force) against enemy (terrorism).
