Leading the Trade Marketing Activities for Lacnor, Milco, Oasis, Gulf Safa and International Royal Bakery. Responsible for the building the partnership with the trade, building trade strategies merchandising guidelines, Planograms, promotions, Point of Sale Materials, Trade Education, Segmentation
• Responsible for developing marketing strategies, including reviewing and repositioning of products as required in order to maximise profitability
• Launching new products within the brand following identification of market requirements
• Developing annual business plans and executions, identifying opportunities for future developments and reviewing successes against objectives
• Responsible for managing the marketing budget of $5m, ensuring effective management of categories, maintaining margins, OOs and shop selling margins
• Liaising with the field force in order to identify sales requirements, developing and implementing a range of promotional schemes as required
• Completing all trade marketing requirements, liaising with 3rd party suppliers to achieve objectives
• Leading research into the new market places in which to launch new water products
Responsible for the ATL and BTL activities for the Lower gulf markets. Responsible for the promotion and events team. Implementing the marketing strategies that were built by the HW in Lausanne
