Position: Shift leader & Electrical Technician in Alexandria Co2 recovery plant.
Responsibilities: 1- Leading my shift's personnel in accordance to the safety regulations of AirLiquide.
2- Follow up the production process KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and plant parameters.
3- Logging the abnormal observations and taking the necessary actions towards it.
4- Insuring the IMS (Industrial Management System) SOPs implementation in any operation covered by SOP.
5- Reporting any near misses, and taking the corrective action at once if that was possible and agreed by my manager.
6- Performing both planned and breakdown maintenance activities for plant equipment, especially those related to electrical field.
7- Handling and controlling the road tankers charging operation.
8- Compressor motors overhauling and bearing replacement.
9- Control panels wiring erection, tagging and testing.
