with the following main duties
Coordinate with Obegi suppliers (BASF, Siegfried, Evonik…etc) and arrange shipments and orders delivery.
Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading).
Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.
Oversee the levels of warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.
Ensure that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
Develop and qualify new testing methods.
Perform visual inspections of finished products
Participate in internal assessments and audits as required.
Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems
Evaluate new technologies and methods to make recommendations regarding their use
Write technical reports or documentation such as deviation reports, testing protocols, and trend analyses
Supply quality control data necessary for regulatory submissions
Receive and inspect raw materials.
