with the following main duties


 Coordinate with Obegi suppliers (BASF, Siegfried, Evonik…etc) and arrange shipments and orders delivery.
 Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
 Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
 Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading).
 Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.
 Oversee the levels of warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
 Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.

Ensure that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.

 Develop and qualify new testing methods.

 Perform visual inspections of finished products

 Participate in internal assessments and audits as required.

 Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems
 Evaluate new technologies and methods to make recommendations regarding their use

 Write technical reports or documentation such as deviation reports, testing protocols, and trend analyses

 Supply quality control data necessary for regulatory submissions

 Receive and inspect raw materials.
