Managing the day to day operations from commercial perspective, Initiated commercial control aspects on different levels of the process. Responsible for handling pricing policy for national and international markets, developing and implementing customer satisfaction KPI’s for handling customers inquiries maintaining the balance between the addressing customer needs and supporting the organization’s goals. Managing the sales support activities for different regions including MEA, Gulf and Orta Asya regions. Supporting the marketing team with the deep analysis on the customer behavior patterns towards specific products and monitoring marketing campaigns conversion rates and efficiency. Playing a critical role in designing commercial strategies for company’s sales practices, Evaluating customer contracts. Managing the Accounts Receivable and Credit control for all regions and liaising with the Legal department when necessary for files transferred for legal cases. Reviewing contracts terms, evaluating customers comments targeting to reach a middle ground between both parties while limiting exposure to risk across the process. Led the commercial process migration to a new ERP system starting from creating opportunities up until collection, working closely with the IT and development to customize some features to suite the business nature, and designing work flows for some processes engaging two systems.
Oversaw complete order to cash process from receiving initial order to the final invoicing and collection.
Administered overall change order process while assuring complete contractual documentation for proceeding. Aligned all operational activities in compliance with contract agreement through meetings with other department managers. Delivered assistance to sales team in managing various commercial and contractual aspects. Negotiated and selected best suitable LC terms and conditions within company’s interest while monitoring compatibility of issued LC with agreed terms. Identified and resolved all commercial issues before production for authorising production orders. Formulated monthly and quarterly sales forecasts as well as cash inflow forecast on monthly basis. Monitored logistics documentation in accordance with GCC and MENA region boarder’s requirements to ensure seamless and on-time delivery.

Led and supervised a team of six employees while establishing KPI’s for each position and assessing performance accordingly.
Reduced receivables amount and overall bad debt percentage while achieving shorter Days sales outstanding (DSO) level for company.
Managed all export orders activities of all over the Gulf and across Middle East countries.
Analysed existing distributer’s performance and assigned distributers for new markets to build company distribution channel. Set margin, discount amounts, and payment terms while approving price quotations for export orders and distributors. Reviewed all LPO’s contracts and LOI’s agreements related to export orders as well as authorised all export orders dispatch. Delivered precise dispatch schedules detail to clients by working in close collaboration with internal departments.
Led the co-ordination between all departments to improve submittals and delivery dates process as well as mitigate all issues related to Qatar market.
Communicated with company’s new representing office within Qatar and provided commercial support by acquiring internal required approvals. Provided accurate submittal and dispatch dates by collaborating with various internal departments, including technical, production, and logistics. Ensured seamless operational workflow by arranging all required export documents for shipment.

Attained customer satisfaction and retention by supervising all customer’s bank accounts and timely responding to customer’s requests.
Examined new bank accounts applications while strictly following bank’s anti-laundry policies and procedures. Analysed financial eligibility for loans and any other facilities entitlement for applicants by using scoring system as well as advising financial department. Provided support to customers in selecting bespoke insurance packages as per positions and conditions. Administered all housing loans mortgage matters by working in close collaboration with department of lands and survey.
