We are handling Intellectual property section in the country, trademarks, patents filing, copyrights, Designs, Domain names, all to be protected by the Qatari Law, directly with the ministry of economy and commerce.
I am the patent Assistant in the Qatari Office (SMAS).
I do online filing for the new patent application here in Qatar, using online program.
I prepare the annuities payments orders for our clients, to be paid with the ministry.
I follow the annuities orders with our clients.
I follow taking approvals from our account department in Jordan, before any payment.
Using SMAS own program to update the data, and add any new files on our international system.
Issue invoices for the clients.
Follow sending invoices to our clients for the payment to be paid.
Make reminders to our clients for following the deadlines for their applications, as there is important deadlines have to be followed.
Excellent & Active Social Media user in all applications, (facebook, Instagram, twitter, linkedIn, official pages and any other…).
English & Arabic Translator.
Press writer in both Arabic and English Languages.
Office applications and Computer.
Good photographer.

Schedule internal and external events, such as big meetings, dinners, and business lunch.
Book the rooms as required.
