•Reviewed and assessed credit files prepared by credit officers across branches and ensured compliancy with BLF’s credit policy and the requirements of the Central Bank of Lebanon
•Managed to release previously withheld subsidies from the central bank after sorting out issues left unresolved by the previous relationship manager

•Supported branch managers and account relationship managers in managing their current SME subsidized loan portfolios, especially the problematic ones, and helped ensure the proper implementation and maintenance of credit procedures
•Contributed to several marketing events in order to increase the bank’s portfolio of SME subsidized loans
•Managed all relevant reporting activities with the Central Bank of Lebanon
