• Responsible for defining, planning, tracking and managing the project, for identifying key resources and providing the direction they require; meeting project objectives. The Project Manager provides leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs to time, budget and project quality criteria, and integrates their efforts through blueprint, test planning, data conversion and cutover planning.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodology practices, provide team coaching, evaluate the performance of team members and reinforce the enterprise knowledge management through the collection and communication of lessons learned.
• Participate in the project planning activities and manage the execution of projects according to plan
• Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients
• Ensure project team is working together under an integrated plan and with properly integrated execution phases.
• Keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
• Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives, and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members.
• Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline.
• Manage the financial aspects of the project: budgeting and estimate to actual variance.
• Analyze risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.
• Escalate issues early about the project to stakeholders.
• Determine what constitutes successful closure for all parties and sign-off by all parties when closure is attained.
• Proactively manage project stakeholder satisfaction to position and secure customer reference and success story.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

• Manages Inventory transactions between branches and warehouses and reclassification between items and row items and semi-finished .
• Control all receiving and issued items .
• Proper costing methods between last in or weighted average and ensure that the selling price higher then cost .
• Communicating with the vendors for any wrong data from vendor and take a steps to make sure of solving .
• Prepares cycle count schedule and manage the schedule between all departments of store .
• Prepares schedule of vendors lead time ( the time between making order and receiving items ) to make sure of not running out of them .
• Audit the count in the shops ( daily - periodic ) .
• Generates analytical reports and comparison between on hand and actual .
• Make all stock adjustment either opening balance or receiving problem and manage both .
• Generates reports required from financial Manger or chief accountant .
• Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner.
• Responsibility for purchasing and the "in-stock" levels within the agreed inventory parameters.
• Purchase inventory within the agreed budgets.
• Maintain a process for returns. Manage a defined area in the storeroom for returns/credits. This area will include out of dates, damaged and un-saleable goods.
• Oversee and assume responsibility for the POS system and the Electronic Ordering Systems.
• Observe the correct buying protocols.
• Observe correct stock receiving protocols.
• Complete all necessary stock takes.
• Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with our customer service standards.
• Maintain store/merchandising standards as described in our merchandising standards manual; this includes stock management, cleaning, shelf/ stock presentation, shelf ticketing.
• Use ERP system to drive store standards and maintain records of store execution performance.
• At all times comply with Occupational Health and Safety requirements
• Maintain good working relationships with my Manager and peers.
• Comply with all aspects of the Standard Operating Procedures manual.
