-Support IBDAA product development initiatives with the analysis, design, administrative and technical deliverables such as finalization of related forms, procedures, and manuals
-Support performance improvements initiatives by performing portfolio data analysis including trend analysis.
-Coordinate and liaise with external partner stakeholders on specific programs and initiatives.
-Act as a custodian for operations processes namely system related and help identify gaps and resolve inconsistencies.
-Coordinate with different departments on performance improvements initiatives. -Draft proposals and reports including monthly reports in English and Arabic when requested. -To supervise the branches and assist them in solving their operational problems and challenges.
-Conduct financial statement analysis and capital Budget analysis
Monitor M&E process and deliverables
-Perform other duties as requested by management.
