Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyzed workflow and planned and scheduled customer orders to be scheduled for production.
• Devise the monthly production plan as per market/customer demand and executing the same.
• Undertake the demand & MRP run on monthly basis by analyzing master production schedules & create demand Vs supply gap bridging solutions for manufacturing/Rough cut planning.
• Prepare high level capacity Plan of the individual order wise as per the finalized rough-cut plan and provide the optimum delivery date to the customers and prepare weekly /daily plans & schedules to be execute within the plant.
• Coordinate and align the material availability on time for the production enhance the efficiency & productivity
• Execute the weekly/Daily production plan & targets with machine scheduling by identifying the demand/requirements, material flow & production constrains.
• Provide the demand/requirements to the supply chain team to order raw materials and monitor the execution.
• Hold the daily/weekly relevant meetings with relevant interactive parties & attending for overcoming the daily issues at the production floor and control the inventory with managing the TOD’s.

Provide high level administrative strategic planning and operational technical support
• Monitor staff in gold processing laboratory process( Smelting/casting, assaying/ purity checking etc.), sales team and gold purchasing front end sales team
• Advice the management on administrative matters such as staff management, financial planning of branch monthly budget of expenditures and facility management and information services and upcoming issues in the technical area of the branch operations.
• Develop and manage organizations administrative, financial, and physical and staff resources. (Such as gold processing laboratory, staff, security, inventory, and customer service)
• Leading, managing and developing administrative staff to ensure smooth business operations and provision of accurate and timely information.
• Developing and implementing administrative, financial, and operational procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the organization.
• Handle the upcoming issues in the operational and staff resources and report it to senior management and look for the alternatives and solutions in the business.
• Monitor the sales team of both gold purchasing and equipment sales and motivate and provide them support to achieve branch monthly gold collecting and sales targets.
• Implement new marketing strategies and procedures to identify new customers to the branch and give the fully satisfaction to the existing customers with providing highly valued service.
• Prepare of sales invoices, daily reports of gold purchasing and sales and involve in banking matters of cash handling and payments,
• Maintain a high security portfolio within the branch to secure the whole assets of the branch with including collected gold, cash, and other properties of the branch
