LED Lighting Business Unit Head

Responsibilities:
*Thorough & deep dive in UAE Strategic Agenda for the next 14 years, and looking where exactly Spaceage Group would fit best, in order to increase the local exposure and re-paint the National identity of SAG According to that, ENARAT initiative was found which have been massively accepted by key strategic clients in UAE market
*Out of the box approaches like connecting SAG's factory with Etisalat (Telecom) and LIFI service provider, which will unlock significant business opportunities for the three parties via providing UAE with LIFI internet service
*Inspecting & Approaching IoT (Internet of Things) global alliances and assessing the possibility for joining these alliances Responsible for overall profitability ratios for LED BU
*Lead sales and marketing teams to ensure the achievement of sales targets
*Assign & allocate resources effectively to achieve business results Expanding the group's exposure on regional and global scopes
*Set up qualitative and quantitative KPIs to appraise team's performance
*Interviewing, hiring, coaching & training team members
*Align the Sales, Research and Development, Technical, Engineering, Designing and Marketing behind mutual objectives
*Shifting the focus into different LED prospects; like architectural LED, Indoor LED and billboards LED lighting
*Leveraging local networking by meeting potential clients.
*New & Efficient Key Accounts Mapping.
*Creating new website for SAG as a whole and LED Lighting in particular, by working closely with web designer
*Approaching local & regional distributors
