• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
• Visiting potential customers for new business.

• Assisting Line Manager in preparation of cash flow, client & sales quotations.
• Daily review the cash position and update funds requirements for expenses.
• Prepare weekly, monthly invoices with account statement & Handle petty cash.
• Enter all the purchase, sales, payments and receipts bills in the software.
• Prepare contracts, offer letters and response letters for various situations.
• E-mails correspondence with big clients like Agfa, Kodak, Fuji.
• Coordinate in purchasing office supplies.
• Processing & tracking shipments and following up for delivery.
