Lead the IT technology expertise at SAFRAN Identity & Security and be the focal point for selected
technology domains, Develop, customize and support the project management and service management
systems and internal organization infrastructure. My duties are not limited to the following:
o Stay up-to-date on all related technologies and systems and provide internal consultancy to the
program management and sales units.
o Lead the knowledge and skills related to new systems and tools, and become the subject matter
expert in selected domains as used in the region.
o Managing company IT infrastructure and own responsibility for the IT security related.

o Own the problems/changes in coordination with the IT Support manager, having the ability to
guide the team to identify, analyze difficulties with solving problems skills.
o Support the Senior Project Managers in different stages of projects.
o Participates in defining Business Processes with customers, systems acceptance testing with
clients, technical workshops with technical team, preparation of technical specification
documents, preparation of test plans, developing detailed business processes documentations
and designing complex IT systems (Hardware architecture, software architecture, high
availability, high performance, network and security )
o Participate in preparing meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of
clients as part of the pre-sales process.
o Developing detailed system Architecture and system design documentations and preparing of
cost estimates.
o Preparing implementation schedules and coordinate requirements for proofs of concept with
Development team
o Participation in the implementation of the signed project respecting the project and company
interests and the client satisfaction, performances and schedule.
o Direct interface with the client representative and implementation follow-up in relation with the
technical teams.

Datacenter & Company are not limited to the following:
o Managing Windows Servers, by performing daily tasks to insure the availability by tuning,
performance enhancement and maintenance, OS security by hardening GPO’s & OS Patches, user
administrations, also continuity by monitoring, backing up OS Files and configurations, new
installations and upgrades.
o Managing Cisco Networks by performing planning, installation & performance tuning.
o Projects participation in different levels.
o Advance support for applications support team.
o Systems & Network restructuring and design.
o Exchange Mail System Installation and administrations.
o Applications support.
