Head of Procurement & Supply Chain Management Qatar Dep: Management of the full supply chain operations for NAFFCO in Qatar
PROCUREMENT:
*Responsible for the procurement of materials, equipment’s & services from all over the world for more than 50M$ per year for the successful completion of all projects and also for the daily operation of the business
* Managing Employees Productivity KPI’s(16 indirect reporting), Department cost and budget control, Inventory management
* Creation, negotiation, and management of Master Purchase Agreements with Suppliers
* Managing 100+ foreign suppliers around the globe and 100+ local suppliers, controlling inventory levels, Planning strategies, improving supply chain through VSM( Value Stream Mapping ), reducing lead time, reducing freight and transportation cost, measuring Supplier Rating System (SRS),
LOGISTICS:
* Manage all logistics operations for Import/Warehousing/Dispatching
Position: Head of Supply materiel
Supplier relationship management (more 300 suppliers), supplier delivery performance, transportation & purchasing coordination, inventory management, Production planning, Business plan, Benchmarking & brainstorming.
* Responsible of purchase material for Daily production .
* Cycle counting.
* Purchase requisitions.
* Logistics.
* Leveling of frieghts.
* Responsible of Raw inventory.
* Engineering changes with suppliers.
* Transportation cost.
* evaluation of suppliers.
* SAP
* Lead Master Production Scheduler for 3 Business Unit (Ericson, Bombardier, Huawei Telecom ..) & Forecast Analysis, Sales & Operations Planning @ TUN plant
*Capacity Planning, resolves bottlenecks and constraints
* Monitor E&O inventory and support inventory reduction strategy;
* Manage GSM relationship with Switzerland HQ /coordinate raw material supply flow
* Continuous Improvement and develop of SCM processes
* Experience in SAP Roll-out/Implementation @H+S TUN plant:
- SAP SD Process and Customizing
