Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to
tactical activities.
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by
conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and
non-customers.
- Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily
Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market
requirements, product contract, and positioning.
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan,
working with all departments to execute.
- Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
As Sales Executive in the AMMCS, I’m currently handling all the products of the following specialties:
• Periodontology
• Implantology
• Maxilla-facial Surgery
• Oral surgery
My products are mainly from Zimmer-USA/Germany which is one of top 5 in the World in the above mentioned specialties; also I’m dealing with other products such as: Hager and Warken/ Germany, Meta/Italy, Salvin/USA…
But as member in Dental Department of AMMCS and as a dentist as background, I’m able to handle all the other products in dental department because I attended a variety of training such:
• Training about the X-rays Machines (Soredex) with Mr. Mattie/ area manager of Soredex Co.
• Training about the Autoclaves Machines (Scican) with Dr.Ashraf/ GCC area Manager
• Training about Nitrous-Oxide Machines (Matrx) with Ms.Celia/Area manager of Matrx Co.
• Training about Dental Chairs (Ancar) with Mr. Richard Serrado /Technical Engineer of AnCar Co.
• Training about Orthodontie products (Dentarum) with Mr.Aris area manager of Dentarum Co.
• Training about Esthetics Veneers (GlamSmile and River 8) with Mr. Guy De Vreese/ Remedent's CEO
• Etc…
As dentist in the dental clinic of Dr. Anis THABTI (Please refer to References Section) I was working in all dental acts including:
• Prevention acts: Pits and fissures sealants
• Amalgam restorations, Composite resin restorations
• Bleaching lightens :* For one or many teeth
* External and internal
* In Office with the bleaching machine (Zoom!) or with supervision, at home with a custom-made tray
• Contouring and reshaping
• Porcelain veneers
• Dental emergencies:* Toothache, Chipped or broken tooth, Avulsed tooth, Loosened tooth, Dry socket…
• Complete removable dentures, Partial removable dentures
• Tooth extraction
• Treating periodontal (gum) diseases (non-surgical treatment: scaling and root planing, …)
• Endodontic treatment
• Using dental X-rays: RVG, Panoramic, cephalometric
• Crowns, Bridges..
• Health Record Management
• Insurance Processing
• …etc.
As medical and dental procurements manager, I was dealing with several suppliers as 3M EPSE COMPANY, AL HAYAT, CITY PHARMACY, ALTHANAYA, ELWAN TECH SUPPLIES, BIN ALI MEDICAL SUPPLIERS, AL MAZROUI MEDICAL AND CHEMICAL SUPPLIERS…etc.
My mean tasks are:
• arranging appointments with medical and dental suppliers, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular phone calls
• organizing meetings with doctors, dentists and other medical staff to assess their clinic’s needs
• managing budgets (medications, dental equipments, dental and medical disposables, …etc)
• Keep updated records of the dental and medical inventory (reserve, consumed materials and source of supply..)
• organize dental and medical screening days in schools/ universities
• keeping detailed records of all contacts;
• achieve saves and cost reduction
• arrange meetings with suppliers to keep up the latest clinical data of equipment and products
• prepare and issue tenders for equipping new clinic and negotiate proposals with suppliers representatives
