• Coordination of strategic plans/budgets for all departments

• Improving the logistics process to achieve optimal delivery times, order quantities and optimizing transportation costs, coordinating with global logistics function.
• Perform transactional business on SAP ERP system such as ordering, shipment follow up and vendor database maintenance.
• Performing competitive analysis, and contract negotiating for potential/current suppliers.
• Responsible for pricing studies for new products and during annual plan.
• Expediting the customs clearance process.
• Work closely with finance department and accounts payable, to manage all outgoing payments and track price variances.
• SAP B1 Key user, leading the P2P (Procure to Pay) process for the entity.
• Participating in factory wide continuous improvement projects.

•Monitoring and controlling acceptance sampling procedure.
•Devising and establishing company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.
•Reviewing customer requirements, ensuring that they are met, and achieving company's targets for customer satisfaction.
•Tracking and setting up general requirements for the QA department.

•Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
