1. Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
2. Persuading clients that a product will best satisfy their
needs.
3. Researching client's issues in a timely manner and
following up with the customer with recommendations and
action plans.
4. Calculating & Preparing client quotations.
5. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and
conditions.
6. Preparing products and processing reports by collecting,
analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
7. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a
product will meet client needs.
8. Liaising with other members of the sales team and other
technical experts.
9. Helping in the design of custom-made products.
10. Producing support material for the sales team
11. Searching for new suppliers who could benefit us with their
products in designated regions.
12. Supporting the purchasing department throughout the
vendor qualification process.
13. Developing manufacturing processes by studying product
requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and
testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring
with equipment vendors.
