Arranging the project data, set plan and coordinate to make sales as a system.
• Meets with customers in person to identify their needs and close sales deals.
• Traveling to assigned territories to meet with potential and current customers.
• Negotiating sales contracts and telling clients about new products, updates and features.
• Generate and submit sales reports to management.
•Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
•Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
•Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
•Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
•Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

•Ensuring company policies are followed.
•Working closely with the store Manager to motivate and lead the staff.
•Developing and maintaining a computer and manual filing system.
•Responsible for assisting the Manager in monthly and yearly store inventory.
•Reporting discrepancies and problems to the Manager.
•Attaching price tags to merchandise.
•Guiding and solving queries and complaints of customer (Face to Face, Telephone, E-mail)
•Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
•Giving advice and guidance on product selection.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice
• Answer or make calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services
• Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability
