Out projects at all Riyadh City .
My Responsibility as Team Leader :
1- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. 2-Prepare the reports for Contraction Manger a
3-Pare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
4- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
5- Review the Quantity for Materials and Works.
6-Resolving the problems at the Sites.
7- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.

Construction of schools building from TBC the owner with AJ the consultant on our project.

Our project consist the excavation works and back filling work as recommended is soil reports,
All construction work for main building, fences and ancillary ( water tank, septic tanks, canteen and main gate ) finally landscaping for all area .

We have 13 schools with me 2 schools ( Al-fursan and Al-Amana schools ) .

Construction of Housing Units at Jubail total qty 45 villas distributed in total 23 lots, with 280 m2 average area for each villa including: site preparation for all sites (excavation, backfilling, hardscape and landscape), concrete works (sub-structure and super-structure including footings, beams, columns, roof and all others), block works, plastering, paintings, finishing works : tiles all types, doors, windows and handrails, parking areas, all MEP works : lighting, plumbing, fire alarm, HVAC, power and all others.

My work in Site Engineer, My responsibility in site communication with subcontractors and labors, knowledge the price and communication with some company, calculate quantity concrete, paints, tiles and marble, window aluminum

My achievement finish apartment hotel 9 floors consistence from 2 floors basement and 7 floors up ground .

I was a trainee in consolidated consultant group in Alia’a queen military hospital.
I was responsible about all screed concrete befor tiles work, block work and plastering work, and I learn how inspect this items .
I was receiving all RFI coming from the Contractor .
