Primary Responsibilities:
Due diligence of the prospect clients which includes industrial sector wise financial analysis, management of risk and product positioning incompliance to the company’s policies
Analyzing financial statements, preparation of credit application & post-sanction monitoring through periodic account review / renewal
Developing and maintaining strong working relations with new and all existing clients from SME sector at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities
Conducting feasibility study of key business drivers such as industry trends, competitive market environment and measuring performance indicators to maximize earnings by capitalizing on the opportunities
Managing and assessing the risk and formulate financial matrices to enhance volume and value growth
Communicating and collaborating with cross function in efficient execution of investment prospects
To manage and enhance the existing commercial portfolio and solicit acceptable new relationships

Secondary Responsibility:
Collaborating with business development department in order to develop and implement strategies for market expansion and penetration
Assisting the Risk & New Ventures unit to carry out feasibility and risk studies for new product development
Working closely with finance department to manage the work flow process of periodic internal and external audits

Major Achievements:
Achieved the revenue targets with an increase of 20% in the year 2014-2015
Achieved the volume growth of 58%
