Responsible for organization and management concerning the running of the business and meeting the targets. Formulating the kindergarten development plan to offer high quality of care and education.
Supervision over the team of the pedagogical staff (conducting observations and providing feedback to the teachers-15 people). Effective organization and coordination of psychological and pedagogical assistance (e.g. developing the individual education plans- IEP). Taking responsibility for the evaluating effectiveness of the programs.

Carrying out structured records of the pre-school in accordance with applicable laws. Supporting the owners in staff recruitment and training. Developing a positive image of the pre-school among prospective customers and maintaining contacts with parents and the local educational authority.

The aim of the studies is preparing students for the profession of speech therapist, to work with children, youth and adults with different types (of varying etiology and pathogenesis) disorders in language communication in recognizing and diagnosing disorders, making their characteristics and guide treatment varied due to the nature of these disorders GPA-very good
